Proxies for Web browsing/forum account creation

I'm creating backlinks for my sites using forum profiles and blog commenting. I don't want to create multiple profiles on the same sites while using the same IP.

What kind of proxies do I need to do this?

Would something like a VPN work? like microvpn.com? It says that it changes proxies every 10 minutes.

Not sure what I need and any guidance would be helpful.
